This TriTown Connector pilot program is made possible by funding from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5317 New Freedom Funds grant program, FTA Section 5310 Community Transit Grant Program (CTGP) through MassDOT, and Massachusetts Economic Development Bond Bill funding enabled by Rep. Smitty Pignatelli (4th Berkshire) in addition to local matches from the Towns of Great Barrington, Egremont and Stockbridge. Program advertising is supported by the Regional Transportation Advisory Committee of South Berkshire County, which is comprised of representatives from the 13 South Berkshire communities.
