The TriTown Connector is currently hiring:


Microtransit Program Director, $62,000 - $70,000 DOE

On Demand Van Drivers (up to 19 hours/week, $20.00/hour + $2.00/hour evening, weekend shift differential)


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate TriTown Connector vehicles to transport passengers according to designated routes and schedules.
  • Provide clear and courteous communication with riders, ensuring they receive timely trip information.
  • Assist with dispatching duties, including assigning vehicles, taking calls, and scheduling rides efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with riders, fellow team members, and the community.
  • Up to 19 hours per week.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to learn and follow established procedures and protocols.
  • Familiarity with and ability to navigate computer systems and tablets required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently as part of a team.


On Demand Team Members (ODTMs) are not regularly included in the weekly Team Member schedule, and can make their own schedule by picking up shifts through our scheduling app or in communication with their Supervisors and Manager. ODTMs must work at least once every 4 weeks to maintain employment.
